Landscape pearls follow each other on the Amalfi Coast: Positano friendly competes with its "sisters" Amalfi, Ravello, Maiori, Minori, Praiano, Furore, Cetara and Vietri sul Mare just to mention a few, while displaying its charming scent of lemon and sea, winking at its exquisite handicraft and stretching from its high cliffs down to the sea along a magnetic, winding route where typical workshops, iconic boutiques, restaurants and cafès are alternated with spectacular viewpoints. Moreover, its famous "stairways" are a practical shortcut to "plunge" even quicker into the magic of its town centre: coaxing by day and mysteriously attractive by night.

Positano, one of the most famous fishermen villages in the world, whose nickname "Vertical City" goes alongside "Divine Coast" (which refers to the whole Amalfi Coast), lies tranquil on the terraced Campania land where sheer cliffs dive into the sea, multicoloured houses climb on its walls and, by the sea, gorgeous sand beaches boast their undisputable beauty.

Opposite to Positano, just like clever sentries keeping watch of the great beauty, the three green, small islands "dei Galli", nicknamed as "le Sirenuse" according to the legend about the enchanting sirens who lived there. Surely an impressive place where the well-known Russian dancer Rudolf Nureyev spent the last years of his life.
